Johnstone’s Wall and Ceiling Matt is the perfect emulsion paint to create a contemporary look. The low odour formula is quick-drying, easy to use and provides a hardwearing and wipeable surface. The smooth, rich and non-reflective finish also helps disguise minor surface imperfections.

Colour: Pure Brilliant White Matt - Available in 2.5 litre & 5 litre tins.

Delivery & Returns

PAINT DELIVERY & RETURNS

Paints will be dispatched on a Fragile/Liquid service via our courier APC (excluding tester pots) due to the nature of the product. Deliveries should be expected within the hours of 8 am and 7 pm, a signature will be required for all courier dispatched items. Paint orders /service is limited to UK addresses, delivery is charged from £4.95 per order to standard addresses.

Not going to be at home? Have your order delivered to your business/work address if you do not think an adult will be available to accept and sign for your order.

Orders received over bank holidays or extended breaks will be shipped ASAP following the break, please expect a short delay in delivery. We are open during these times but our couriers and the postal service are not.

All boxes should be checked, opened and goods examined on arrival.

Express Delivery

Express delivery upgrades are available in the checkout allowing your border order to be upgraded to a First Class Service (selected postcodes are a two day service including Northen Ireland). Any express order placed before 13:00 Monday to Friday will be dispatched same day (excludes weekends, bank holidays and is always subject to stock) for delivery the next business day***.

Paint orders are couriered, these will be prioritised and dispatch fast tracked when using the Express Delivery option.

***Subject to Royal Mail service guarantees/volume in the postal network, aim of delivery next working day.

OUTSIDE THE UNITED KINGDOM
Although at this present time we do not concentrate on sending deliveries outside the UK, we will happily quote on this service. Please click on the Contact Us page and provide us with the items you would like, the quantity and the full delivery address required.

We are unable to dispatch paints outside the United Kingdom at this time.

ABOUT YOUR ORDER
Once we have confirmed your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email. If a product is out of stock we will email you advising you of a revised delivery date. There are occasions when we have to wait for a products to be printed and so there may be a delay, and this gives you the choice whether to wait or not.
If there is a discrepancy with your order, please notify us within 3 working days. Should you wish to return your order, please email us in advance with your order details and reason for return. Please do not send returns back without contacting us first.


RETURNS
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from I Love Borders, you may return it within 28 days of ordering. Please email [email protected] with details of any return prior to sending your goods back.

It must be returned undamaged and in its original packaging with all roll labels for a full refund and postage will be at your cost.

Please include a copy of your advice note or a note with your Order ID, in addition please include your reason for return.

If a product has been produced individually to your specification then there are no rights to return. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Products should be returned to: Returns Department, I Love Borders, Warehouse 1, 679 Eccles New Road, Salford, M50 1AY. This address should be used for returns only. We do not accept returns on samples.

If a paint product returned arrives to us damaged or compromised, a refund will not be given. It is the customers' responsibility for returning the goods at their own cost and we would recommend gaining a proof of delivery from your selected provider and any insurances to cover leakage/damage.

FAULTS/DAMAGES

In the event of faulty goods or damaged parcels please contact our customer service team at [email protected] within three working days of delivery. Please make sure you provide an explanation of the fault or damage, attach images of the damaged box/item with the couriers' label in clear view as well as the damage inside the box and your order ID for our records.

This will allow the team to investigate the issue and to arrange collection/organise the delivery of replacement goods where necessary or issue a refund. Alternatively, we may ask you to dispose of any damaged items safely.
