How We Send Your Orders
Deliveries are made by post or courier depending on the total volume and weight of items ordered. Deliveries should be expected within the hours of 8 am and 7 pm, a signature will be required for all courier dispatched items.
Not Going To Be At Home
Not going to be at home? Have your order delivered to your business/work address if you do not think an adult will be available to accept and sign for your order.
Public Holidays
Orders received over bank holidays or extended breaks will be shipped ASAP following the break, please expect a short delay in delivery. We are open during these times but our couriers and the postal service are not.

Why do paint order delivery prices vary on where i live?
Paint orders are often too heavy and large in volume to be sent via the Royal Mail postal service so we need to rely on our courier partners to deliver these orders. As they are not bound to the Universal Service like Royal Mail, they have varied rates based on delivery locations (by postcode).

Tax & Duty On Orders outside the UK
We are currently not accepting orders outside the UK.
With the UK no longer part of the European Union, local sales taxes (VAT) and any customs/border charges will be payable directly to the postal service prior to the delivery of goods within the EU.
This may include duties should the order value be over the current import allowance.
Orders to international destinations will also be subject to local taxes, customs clearance fees and duty as set by your own country's import rules.
Priority & Express Delivery
Priority delivery upgrades are available in the checkout allowing your order to be upgraded to a First Class Service (or a Courier Service on paint/lining paper orders).
Any priority order placed before 13:00 Monday to Friday will be dispatched the same day (excludes weekends, bank holidays and is always subject to stock) for delivery the next business day**.
** Subject to Royal Mail service guarantees/volume in the postal network.
** The aim for 1st Class Delivery is the next working day.
** Selected postcodes are a two-day service including Northern Ireland
OUTSIDE THE UNITED KINGDOM
At the present time we do not concentrate on sending deliveries outside the UK, we will happily quote on this service.

Payment by PayPal is required for non-UK orders.
ABOUT YOUR ORDER
Once we have confirmed your order has been placed you will receive a confirmation email. If a product is out of stock we will email you advising you of a revised delivery date. There are occasions when we have to wait for products to be printed and so there may be a delay, and this gives you the choice of whether to wait or not.
If there is a discrepancy with your order, please notify us within 3 working days of receipt.
Need To Return Your Order?
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from I Love Borders, you may return it within 28 days of ordering. Please email info@iloveborders.co.uk with details of any return prior to sending your goods back.

Items must be returned undamaged and in their original packaging with all roll labels for a full refund and postage will be at your cost.
2.
Please include a copy of your delivery note/invoice or a note with your order reference, in addition please include your reason for return.
3.
If a product has been produced individually to your specification then there are no rights to return it. This does not affect your statutory rights.
